Just Touched Down in London Town

actually thats a lie.
i just got back to madrid after a week in london

fun things i did:
visited stone henge
hung out at hyde park
saw three musicals (hairspray, sister act, hello dolly)
went to the science museum
visited the tower of london
ate lunch at buckingham palace (as close as im getting to tea with the queen)
got boba / bubble tea / whatever they call it in your part of the country
went SHOPPING
got my mac fixed FINALLY
got caught in the rain
took pictures with people who thought i was some famous german something or other

not so fun things i did:
watched my cousin get yelled at by passport control
watched my cousin get yelled at by a random crazy guy
saw THREE musicals
failed to get the delicious looking rainbow cupcakes from up the street
failed to go to scoop (londons yoforia / pink berry / what have you)
received a "hand massage" from a crazy pakistani shop keeper that involved having all the joints in my hands systematically crushed while he talked about how pretty i am
stayed caught in the rain
realized that the english, seemingly on the whole, are larger, less appealing, and slower moving than everyone else
had my nail scissors confiscated at heathrow because they were "dangerous" (i HATE heathrow)

embarrassing things i did:
continuously forgot that double kissing is a spain thing
began all questions asked of strangers with "perdona..."
tripped a lot
was with my family

overall, good trip
but im serious about hating heathrow
